Handmade in tiny batches in Sydney's south west, mama Liu works her magic to create a spicy, garlicky and roasted crispy chilli oil infused with fresh onion and garlic.

Paired perfectly with pizza, pasta, veggie stir fry, dumplings, noodles or even in a good ol' marinade. 

Ingredients: Dried chilli flakes, fresh garlic, fresh brown onion, oyster sauce, salt and sun flower oil.
