The event will be hosted at the newly-opened wine bar, Boire - the follow up venue to the award-winning restaurant Manzé, conveniently across the road on Errol Street.
The snack-style menu will focus on one of Victoria's most beloved producers, Meredith, with highlights such as retired dairy goat cooked over charcoals.
A team of graduates from Scarf, who offer hospitality training to transform the lives of young people, will lead the front-of-house service for the night.
