To celebrate the launch of our chefwear range, Worktones hosted an event led by Little Rose chef Rosheen Kaul.
Hosted at the Anibou showroom in Cremorne, Rosheen hand-served devilled eggs in the ecru Hercules Jacket and Benny Pant from a USM Haller kitchen.
Of course, this is the chef's take on the retro party snack, so toppings included Ayruga smoked herring roe, Tasmanian sea urchin and charred fermented chilli. The buffet kept pace, with snacks like spicy marinated clam tarts and watermelon, lychee and coconut jelly skewers.
The team from Manzé, in the blue Hercules Jacket and Benny Pant, poured a piña colada milk punch.
The launch was an opportunity to see the range and, most importantly, get together with industry friends across Melbourne.
The Hercules, Honey and Benny are now available online and from the Worktones studio in Surry Hills.
