DESCRIPTION
Worktones is seeking a self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn individual to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is a mix of customer-facing showroom support and behind-the-scenes operations, helping to keep our orders, stock, and showroom running smoothly. You’ll work across Shopify, our sales management tool, and internal systems, collaborating closely with sales, production, and design to make sure everything flows seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities

Shopify & Orders: Pack and send all online orders, process returns/exchanges, and manage product updates on the website.

Inventory: Monitor stock levels, identify best sellers and low stock, and assist with quarterly stocktakes and monthly spot checks.

Customer Service: Greet showroom visitors, manage POS transactions, and respond to customer enquiries.

Systems & Communication: Use our sales tools to help respond to enquiries and support custom orders.

Logistics: Organise couriers and freight, manage embroidery and screen printing send-outs, and coordinate product QC with the team.

Showroom Upkeep: Maintain a clean, presentable showroom and provide general support to sales, production, and design teams.
Growth opportunities for this role include more hands-on experience in sales, helping to build and retain our client base, as well as marketing assistance, maintaining our presense across digital channgels such as the websiet, social media and email.
