Ahead of Christmas and the Worktones showroom closure, please take note of the following key dates before making an order:
For custom orders to arrive before Christmas
The last date to place a custom order for embroidery or screen printing for the year is 5/12/2025. Custom orders thereafter will be facilitated from 05/01/2026.
For online orders to arrive before Christmas
The Australia Post regular shipping cut-off is 19/12/2025 (please allow an extra day or two for those in regional areas, WA, NT or TAS).
Express shipping cut-off: 23/12/2025 (or 22/12/2025 for WA, NT or TAS).
Pick-up orders will be available until 24/12/2025.
Online order dispatch between 24/12 - 04/01
Any online orders made during the Worktones Christmas closure (24/12 - 04/01) won’t be dispatched until the showroom re-opens on 05/01/2026.
Customer support between 24/12 - 06/01
All enquiries made from 24 December won't be responded to until our showroom re-opens on 05/01/2026.
